When is the flat rate worth it instead of Flexible?: From around 14 assessments per month the flat rate is cheaper. At 10 assessments you pay €835 with Flexible (85 + 10 × 75) · €1,025 with flat rate (850 + 10 × 17.50). From approx. 14 assessments it flips. Use the calculator below — it shows exactly when which plan fits.
Why is there a base fee with Flexible?: The monthly base fee (€85) covers hosting, AI models, GDPR infrastructure and support — even if you create no assessments in a month. This keeps the tool permanently ready instead of only with active use.
Can I switch between Flexible and flat rate?: Anytime. Upgrading to flat rate takes effect immediately, downgrading to Flexible at the end of the current period. No contract lock-in, no switching fees.
Is the trial really free?: Yes — 2 days full access to all features, alternatively you can click through a guided live demo on a sample case. No credit card required. If you don't choose a subscription within the 2 days, your account is automatically deactivated (reactivation is possible via support).
Can I cancel anytime?: Both plans have a minimum term of 3 months. From month 4 they can be cancelled monthly at any time. No setup fee, no hidden costs.
How is Flexible billed?: Monthly in arrears: fixed €85 base fee plus €75 per assessment created — no volume jumps, one uniform price.
What happens to my data after cancellation?: You receive a data export (PDF + JSON). 30 days later all personal data is deleted in compliance with GDPR.
