2. Data collected

We process personal data exclusively within the scope of legal provisions. This includes in particular master and contact data you provide during registration, as well as technical access data such as IP address, browser type and access time.

  • Name, company, address, email
  • Login time, session ID
  • Processed assessment data under data processing agreements

3. Purpose of processing

Processing takes place for contract fulfilment pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, to safeguard legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and in individual cases based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

4. Hosting & data processing

All customer data is hosted in certified EU data centres. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exist with all service providers.

7. Contact with the supervisory authority

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Responsible for the branch in North Rhine-Westphalia is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information NRW, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.

8. Damage reports & email transmission

When you fill in the “Report damage” form, the provided data (name, phone, accident location, accident time, opposing insurance or licence plate and optionally the uploaded accident report) is transmitted encrypted to our internal processing mailbox info@easygutachter.de and stored for the period until order placement and any post-contractual obligations. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract initiation).
